The building consists of 5 levels: basement, ground floor and 3 floors.
Office of studies missions:
HVAC:
Heat production and distribution through 2 condensing boilers. Cold production and distribution, domestic hot water distribution by independent condensing generator, air treatment group equipped with battery equipped turbofan and energy recovering system, air conditioning in the common lounge and room refreshing.
Sanitary:
Network for hot and cold-water supply, rainwater from a 60.000 liters tank to a feed pump, water treatment by water softener, feces and wastewater drainage, firefighting through reels and hydrants.
Electricity:
High external voltage cabin, lighting and emergency lighting, data and telephony wiring, intrusion detection, access control, indoor siren, fire-alarm warning installation, surveillance camera, nurse call set.
Lifts:
Two 1.600kg lifts linking the basement to the other floors, one 2.000kg lift starting from the ground floor and connecting it to the upper floors
Kitchen room:
Study and design of a production kitchen incorporating a set of self-service for the distribution of meals.
