Construction of a low energy crèche for 24 children, a block of 14 houses, consisting of a ground floor, 2 two upper floors and a basement in 9 of these, and a 53 apartment building with 2 basements, a ground floor and 5 upper floors

The main installations are allocated according to the constituent elements of the project.

 

Design office missions:

  • For the low energy crèche:

HVAC:

A double flow ventilation unit with high performance heat recovery, low temperature underfloor heating, condensation boiler, regulation with optimiser and variable flow pump.

Sanitary:

Equipment specifically adapted for children and for low water consumption levels.

Electricity:

High performance soft lighting for the crèche and high performance low luminance for the administrative areas, lighting controls with presence detectors in areas of occasional use.

  • For the housing block:

HVAC:

Connections to the town water supply, rainwater and gas, evacuation of consumed has and air inlets for wall mounted boilers, domestic hot water.

Sanitary:

Hot and cold water supply, sanitary equipment, evacuation, drainage and water treatment.

Electricity:

Electrical switchboards, electrical connection, low voltage supply, earthing, cabling, fire detection and intercom system.

 

  • For the apartments:

HVAC:

Connection to the town water supply and gas, evacuation of consumed has and air inlets for wall mounted boilers, domestic hot water, ventilation of meter premises, technical ducts and lift shafts, ventilation by system D, [mechanical feed and evacuation] centralised. Heating is provided by individual boilers for the apartments located in the central part of the building, while the apartments at both extremities have shared central heading.

Sanitary:

Hot and cold water supply, sanitary equipment, drainage, evacuation.

Electricity:

Alimentation from a single phase supply meter, lighting by recessed lamps controlled by switches and motion sensors, installation of telephones and cable distribution, access control including electrical door openers and intercoms, installation of alert/alarm/fire detection including a central fire alarm control system, push-buttons, optical and thermodifferential smoke and fire detectors.

Lifts:

Six 630 kg lifts with machinery in shaft, compliant for persons with reduced mobility.
